I created this product with a three person team in my design program. My group mates where Saroth Kruy, and Mason Voogt. We worked together for three months to write, design, and produce all of the items found in our “Festival Kit”. Our assignment was to create a made up festival and produce a line of merchandise that would be theoretically given to a VIP attendee. We then needed to take all of our items and fit it into a homemade box and present it to our department. Me and my teammates divided our efforts and took charge of different areas of this project. While doing this we helped each other with our tasks and provided needed designs and type work. Through communication and collaboration we were able to make all of our products cohesive while learning how to use a medley of production methods.
Ville Flaurie is a festival celebrating Flowers, foliage and all things gardening. Plant enthusiasts from around the world are welcome to join us on the island of lle De Vie to celebrate the beauty of nature and all of the people who appreciate it.. This oasis will be transformed for 2 days, featuring music, workshops, and performances to entertain our visitors and the locals who call this island home. The main square of this island features a small village full of shops that will be open through the festival for visitors to peruse. Throughout their stay visitors will be encouraged to explore the island of lle De Vie, discovering its hidden features such as, caves, waterfalls, hidden beaches, along with multiple attractions set up by the festival.
