My goal is to create a food cart for Ramen + Bowl that will align with and elevate their current business. The food cart needed to be small, portable, and attention grabbing to the restaurants target audience. We also need to keep in mind portability. We have been asked to imagine that only one person works in this cart at a time, to make sure our design is functional in that context. We need to prioritize how the customers interact with the cart and the products sold.
Ramen + Bowl is a small restaurant that focuses on making traditional Japanese food. Their main focus is Ramen but they also sell Poke, or fried tofu and beef bowls. Their shop is cozy, featuring warm lighting, dark woods and comfortable seating.
3D Model
These are some images of the 3D model I created in Sketch up. I did this to show the dimensions of my design, and bring my drawing to life. This model is scaled to real size so if this project were to ever be produced the measurements will be accurate.
Illustration Model
These Models were used to help me pitch my concept and construct my 3D Model in the future. The blue prints were used to map out the measurements and object positions. In contrast the Illustration was used to show the mood we were aiming for with this cart.

All of these items are part of the Brand Extension I made for this business. I didn't want this cart to just be a structure, I wanted it to be an extension of their brand. All of these assets are meant to unify the look of the cart including the employees, food, and merchandise. Some of these were created to help advertise the cart, creating relevance and attracting customers.
