I started making collages a few years ago after I got in an accident and broke my hand. With my cast I could not hold a pencil or create any digital art. But I found that I could hold a pair of scissors so I started creating these scrap paper pieces. Most of these pieces are made from gathered images found in vintage magazines and postcards, and then added to with paint pens. This interest in collages has continued and even though my hand is healed I still find time to make them. I have even branched into digital collages using Adobe to combine my images.
